Routine clinical use

The HM-PRO© may be used for routine clinical practice by clinicians in order to assist the clinical consultation, evaluation and clinical decision-making process. There is no charge for the use of the HM-PRO in this context, however there would still be a need for a license agreement with the copyright holders. Furthermore, it is a requirement that every copy of the HM-PRO©, in whatever language, should always reprint at the end of the HM-PRO©, the following copyright statement: ©HM-PRO MS Salek, EN Oliva, TI Ionova, 2017.

Use by undergraduate and postgraduate students

Undergraduate students, including medical students, and postgraduate students undertaking a higher degree can use the HM-PRO in their research projects without any charge, provided that the projects are not externally funded, for example by a pharmaceutical company. However, there will be a need for obtaining license agreement for such use from the copyright holders, and also it is a requirement that every copy of the HM-PRO©, in whatever language, should always reprint at the end of the HM-PRO©, the following copyright statement: © HM-PRO MS Salek, EN Oliva, TI Ionova, 2017.
